We are excited to be having our 6th child and finding out that it's going to be a boy was a shock to me, but it'll be fun. I thought that a sister for my little girl would be fun, but it's not meant to be. I have the perfect little girl and I think in a way it would be hard work for another girl to live up to her, so it might be a really good thing. :)
This little boy should make his appearance in Aug. before school starts. It's going to make for a busy month. The kids are excited for the new baby and are anxious to really feel him move. So far, he doesn't move as much when they want to feel, but I know that will change shortly as well. :)
Life is good. This last weekend was Spring Break and we were able to head to St. George. It was fun to get away and do something different. It's also nice to be home and I think I'm ready for the older 2 to get back to school as well. :) When I get the pictures uploaded from my camera, I'll post pictures.

Life and Death
It has been an interesting week for me. I love Easter time and the chance that I have to spend more time reflecting on the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. This Easter ended up being more meaningful than sometimes it can be.
I had an aunt pass away this last week. She had cancer and we knew that it could happen, but we expected it in another 4 months or more. I was able to go to the funeral with my sister and we had a great time chatting during the long drive as well as supporting those that needed it as well as ourselves. The funeral services were very nice. It was good to spend that time together with family.
We then were able to go visit Family and participate in our traditional Easter Egg Hunt on Sat. before the burial. All the adults were able to go to the burial and the cousins all stayed back by themselves at my parents. The cousins were awesome!! All the kids did well and had a good time. The burial turned out very good as well. It has been nice to reflect on her life and to think about ways that I can become better.
During the funeral and burial I spent a lot of time thinking about the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and how with my knowledge we know that my aunt will live again. I have a testimony of this and if fills me with such joy. I know it doesn't make any difference really in the fact that death is hard because it is, but it sure helps me to work through the struggle knowing that I will see my family again once this life is over. If you don't have this knowledge and owuld like to know more, you can head over to this website. www.lds.org
I am so grateful for the gospel knowledge that I have. My biggest problem is that I need to live my life well so that I may see them again.
Thank you for letting me share with you today these thoughts. I sure do appreciate it.

Life
It sure is busy and fun! We have had a great weekend listening to conference, but Sunday slowed us down as the whole family started throwing up during the day/night.
I am the only one that never did (knock on wood) and I feel very blessed in that way. Usually while prego, I tend to get EVERYTHING that's going around. Well, not this time.
I really don't have much to say today...just thinking. Life is wonderful and interesting all at the same time. I am so grateful for the Spirit and the comfort that it can provide. I am grateful for a wonderful family that I can still love while I clean up their messes (although, I did get sick of bodily fluids on Sunday). I am grateful for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I appreciate the talks that were given for me even though I didn't know I needed them.
For those that don't know, my calling in our ward is Primary Chorister. I really do struggle with this one. I'm not very good and it's really making me stretch in a way that I'm not sure I wanted to be stretched. :) I am going to try to be better and appreciate those kids more than I sometimes do.
I am grateful for the trials that come, even when they make no sense and it doesn't seem any clearer when you give it time. I just hope I can learn from all these things and hopefully just become a better person.
Thank you to all of you that support us and grow with us! I really do appreciate it.
